Head of Operations & Expansion

We're hiring a full-time Head of Operations & Expansion to join our Core Team! In this role, you’ll strategize and execute our expansion and go-to-market, and influence company level priorities.

Responsibilities:

Owning the development of OneRoof's expansion strategy and figuring out go-to-market playbooks
Launching new buildings in NYC and across new markets
Maximizing inbound requests and onboarding users in their OneRoof groups
Working with Super Neighbors, converting existing users to become Super Neighbors
Boosting buildings to achieve higher onboarding and engagement rates, working with our Head of Community
Running ongoing tests and providing in-depth analysis of key growth drivers to measure progress towards our growth goals and develop recommendations for maximizing performance
Evaluating and communicating the progress of main KPIs on a regular basis to Founders and Core Team

‍Qualifications:

5+ years of experience supporting expansion for digital businesses across operations and growth
Having very high organizational skills, an analytical and data-driven workflow, and an experimental approach
Experienced with managing backoffice dashboards, operational and analytical softwares like Segment, Mixpanel
Collaborative and with a STARTUP MINDSET. This is not a 9-5 job, you'll have a lot of freedom, pressure, and ownership
Organizational development experience regarding building processes is a big plus
