We are hiring a B2B Growth Champion to join OneRoof team as the first biz dev member, onboard new local businesses onto our platform and ensure their long term retention.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding

• Articulate platform benefits, show new customers how it works
• Build local business profiles on OneRoof’s backoffice
• Maintain and update these business accounts, be their contact person
• Release periodic announcements
• Establish a scalable CRM system and process

2. Retention

• Build relationships with each local business partner on the platform
• Update them periodically on how their profile is performing on the app (until we build them a dashboard)
• Collect constant feedback, share with our product team
• Maintain clear, consistent and prompt communication verbally and written
• Manage expectations. Articulate what exists today and gain insights on what we should be building next to maximize partner retention
• Problem solve
• Manage crisis

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working at a company with a local business partner network (as a salesperson, biz dev, account manager, success manager)
• 3+ years of experience working at an early stage tech startup
• Growth oriented and proactive mindset
• Go getter attitude
